My old boss gave me a framed inspirational photo for my desk. The subject is Vision, and it showed a sunset over a boardwalk at the beach, and included the quote, "A leader's job is to look into the future, and to see the organization not as it is... but as it can become."

Riiight.

So I pried open the back of the frame yesterday, and pulled out the sunset picture (which actually turned out to a greeting card). Then I turned on our color printer, and replaced the card with this. So far no one has noticed.
