While I understand he's reserving comment, I pretty much agree with Mike Chen's summary of free agency to date. And seeing things from that perspective makes Scott Burnside's grades so far impossible to understand. Despite tons of ridiculous contracts handed out no one faired worse than C+ in Scott's mind. And that grade was reserved for back-up goalie signings only. I'll give Burnside a D-.
